Unreasonable Search & Seizure

Amendment 4 of the United States Constitution protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizure of their property. The law goes further in defining a search to be when the government physically intrudes on “persons, houses, papers, or effects” for the purpose of obtaining information.

The democrats in the Den of Thieves (ooops…..I mean House of Representatives) are in total violation of Amendment 4 as they intimidate banks, accountants, former government employees, and the IRS itself in their pursuit of President Donald Trump’s tax returns. Returns for which he has EVERY RIGHT to keep private. He is a citizen with the same inalienable constitutional rights you and I possess.

Congress hired a special counsel to investigate specific claims of Russian influence in the 2016 election. Evidence that rises to the level of recommending an impeachment or further proceedings did NOT exist (i.e. “NOT Guilty” was the finding). Robert Mueller’s legal hit squad turned over every stone in their investigation, and they came up with no smoking gun. If anyone wanted to see Trump taken down, it’s Robert Mueller! And this was the best he could find with full investigative authority.

The House democrats, in their legal attempt to stage a coup of the Executive Branch, didn’t like the results of the investigation. So now they are taking matters in their own hands, violating the 4th amendment of the Constitution, by conducting unreasonable searches of Donald Trump’s personal papers (his tax returns) and effects. Furthermore, they are intimidating members of his family and circle of friends.

Politics is nasty business. But when specific democrats like Jerrold Nadler (D-NY 10th District) or Nancy Pelosi (D-CA 12th District) violate the highest law of the land, I would think a federal police warrant for their arrest is in order.

It is absolutely illegal (and disgusting!) what these democrats are doing, not only to their own party, but to the nation as a whole. This is no longer “checks & balances”, but rather raw abuse of power. It’s sad that law breaking creeps like these can even qualify for a job, let alone a job as a congressional representative.
